The South-Asian region, home to nearly one quarter of the worlds’ population, is witnessing fast urban growth, economic development and growing consumerism, resulting in a rapid increase of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) that is expected to nearly triple between 2010 and 2025. At the same time, MSW management remains inadequate, leading to a wide range of local environmental problems that accumulate to a wide reaching global environmental issue that calls for systematic local but also global solutions.   On Poush 16, 2075 (December 31, 2018), Monday, at District Coordination Committee Hall, Babarmahal, Kathmandu, Centre for Integrated Urban Development (CIUD) organized a half day program on Review, Lesson Learnt and Feedback on Cholera/AGE Prevention and Preparedness program – 2018 and Way Forward with Health Officials of Kathmandu Metropolitan City. There are lots of risks arising for the children day by day, not only the issue of big problems like kidnapping, rape, and other tortures, but the things which we ignore but later leads to the huge problem, which knowingly or unknowingly bring problem for the children.   Fear is the most dangerous things that we try to overcome.
